What We Collect

• •Basic usage data (pages visited, features used — to improve the product)

What We Do With It

• •Build your meal plans. That's it.
• •Your data is used solely to generate your personalized meal plan. It is never shared, sold, rented, or provided to any third party for any purpose other than delivering your plan.
• •We do not sell your data. Ever.
• •We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.
• •We do not build advertising profiles from your information.

Your Dashboard Is Private

Your daily check-ins, journal entries, mood and energy data, grocery list additions, and recipe favorites are yours alone. Even our admin team cannot see what you write in your journal or how you're feeling on any given day.

Admin access is limited to what's needed to support your account: your quiz responses (so we can troubleshoot plan issues), your plan data (so we can verify it generated correctly), and your purchase history (so we can process refunds if needed). That's it.

Your personal reflections, check-in data, and anything you enter in your dashboard stay completely private — enforced at the database level, not just by policy.

Third-Party Services We Use

• •Stripe (payment processing — they handle your card info, we never see or store it)
• •Supabase (database hosting — your data is stored securely)
• •Resend (email delivery — sends your login links and plan notifications)
• •Vercel (website hosting)
• •Anthropic (meal plan generation — your quiz data is sent to generate your plan, not stored by them beyond processing)

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for keeping you logged in and remembering your session. No tracking cookies. No ad cookies. No third-party analytics cookies.

Data Retention

• •Your data is kept as long as your account is active.
• •If you request account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 7 days (see our Terms of Service for details).

Your Rights

• •You can request a copy of your data at any time.
• •You can request deletion of your account and all data.
• •You can update your quiz responses to change your plan.
• •For any of these, email hello@tended.me.

Account Security

If we detect abuse of your account — including unauthorized sharing, automated scraping, or attempts to circumvent our systems — we may permanently block your account and delete all associated data without notice to protect our service and other users.

Children

Tended is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll email you. The latest version is always available here.
