User Agreement

I understand that:

• •Tended creates personalized meal plans based on information I provide. It is not medical advice.
• •I am responsible for my own dietary choices and for verifying ingredients if I have food allergies.
• •If I cook for others, modifications are general guidance — not a replacement for their healthcare provider's advice.
• •My data is used solely to create my personalized meal plans and is never sold, shared, rented, or provided to any third party for any purpose.
• •My daily check-ins, journal entries, and personal dashboard data are private — even Tended's admin team cannot access them.
• •My information is never shared, sold, or used for any purpose beyond creating my personalized meal plan.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content created by Tended — including meal plans, grocery lists, caregiving sections, recipes, and any other generated material — is the copyrighted property of Solstice & Stone. Your plan is licensed to you for personal household use only.

• •You may not copy, redistribute, resell, republish, or commercially repackage any content generated by Tended.
• •You may not use Tended to generate content for competing products, services, or commercial redistribution of any kind.
• •Copyright infringement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Tended is a family business, and we take this seriously.

Account Use & Abuse

• •One account per person. If you need a separate account for a family member, use a different email.
• •Provide accurate information in your quiz so your plan is safe and relevant.
• •Any abuse of your account — including sharing access, bulk downloading, automated scraping, or any attempt to circumvent our systems — will result in your account being permanently blocked and all associated data deleted without notice or refund.
